Shipping Info
Sunglass Menagerie values your business and backs its merchandise with a money-back guarantee. Items not meeting your expectations can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Return packages in their original cartons, via UPS insured; include your packing slip and the reason for the return. Shipping and return postage are not refundable. We strive to ship orders within 7 business days. This means that orders will leave our warehouse within 7 business days. It will then take our ground carrier (typically UPS) anywhere from 1 or 2 business days to 7 or 8 business days to ship, depending upon your shipping address. Occasionally, we need to track an item down from one of our store locations before shipping it. If this is the case, your order will take a few more days.
Next Day Air and Three Day Select orders may be placed and must be placed by noon Eastern time to be available for shipment that day. Next Day Air orders received before noon Eastern time will be delivered the next business day. Three Day select orders will arrive on the third business day after being shipped. For instance, if you place a Three Day Select order at 1 PM on Thursday, it will go out on Friday and be delivered on Wednesday.
At this time, we cannot ship Next Day Air or Three Day Select Orders to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. All express orders must contain a street address.
For Continental US UPS Next Day Air service add $10 to the shipping chart below. For Three Day Select service add $5 to the chart below. If we can't get your Next Day Air or 3 Day Select order out we will contact you ASAP.
